What We Do

Studio Launch

Launching a studio involves hundreds of decisions, from legal structure and insurance to class pricing, booking software, schedules instructor hiring an social campaigns. We work with owners to build the right foundations from day one so their studio launches with a clear strategy, sustainable pricing and systems that work.

Studio Strengthen

We help optimize class schedules, improve pricing, strengthen instructor teams and develop marketing strategies that attract and retain clients. We assist with finance applications and strategy to manage day-to-day operations or to open multi-site secondary studios.

Studio Support

Studio Support provides ongoing operational support for boutique studio owners. We can manage class planning, instructor development, accounting coding, financial oversight, and social media campaigns. Support can be short-term to upskill your team or ongoing, freeing founders to focus on their clients, community, and studio experience while operations run smoothly.


Our Story

We’ve built, operated and successfully exited boutique fitness studios — and now we help other founders do the same. Our work focuses on creating people-centered studios where teams thrive, operations run smoothly and clients keep coming back.

Before relocating to the United States, we designed, built, operated and exited multiple boutique fitness studios in New Zealand. Across those studios we developed class schedules, instructor teams, pricing models and operational systems that supported thousands of client visits each month. We continue to develop and operate new studios in the United States, giving us current, real-world insight into the challenges and opportunities studio founders face. Since 2025, we have advised studio owners across the United States and Australasia, helping both new founders and established operators launch, grow and refine their businesses. Our work spans everything from early financial modelling and lease negotiations through to class programming, team development and studio operations. Our experience extends beyond the boutique fitness industry, with backgrounds in commercial banking, asset finance, insurance, investments and financial management. This combination of operational experience and financial expertise allows us to help owners finance, find, build and operate studios that are not only successful day-to-day, but structured for long-term growth and eventual sale.
